Install Classic Ratings on your Shopify store
Free to start, with no order cap. If you already have it, skip ahead.

Open Integrations and choose Connect Klaviyo
You will be asked to authorise Classic Ratings in Klaviyo, then returned to your Shopify admin.

Build a flow on the Review Request Eligible event
Set the delay in the flow, since that timing now belongs to you rather than to our settings.
Two events, and nothing else
We ask for permission to write events and to read your account name. Nothing more, because nothing more is needed.
Review Request Eligible
Fires when a customer becomes eligible to review, which is the moment we would otherwise have emailed them. Use it as your flow trigger.
Carries the customer, the order, and every purchased product with its title, image and a verified-review link. Linking through that URL is what marks the resulting review as a verified purchase.
Submitted Review
Fires when the review lands, with the rating and the product. Use it to stop chasing somebody who has already written one, and to segment on who reviews and what they say.
